This stage focuses on finalising documentation, selections, engineering and approvals. We collaborate closely to ensure every detail is considered and costs are clearly defined before construction begins.

CONSTRUCTION
With contracts and documentation in place, construction begins. We coordinate all trades and suppliers while maintaining clear communication and high standards of workmanship throughout.
Regular updates keep you informed at every key step through the construction process.
COMPLETION & HANDOVER
As the project nears completion, we carry out detailed quality checks before handover. We walk you through the finished build and provide all relevant documentation and warranties.
Our commitment continues beyond completion, ensuring ongoing support if required.
